How WDF collects, uses, and protects customer information.

Effective April 15, 2026. This policy covers the WDF customer website, customer account pages, and related customer app services.

Information we collect

WDF collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, sign-in details, order details, care preferences, pickup and delivery information, and support messages. We also collect account and order records needed to operate the service, secure the platform, and respond to support requests.

How we use information

We use customer information to create and maintain accounts, process orders, coordinate pickup and delivery, provide support, send transactional communications, improve service reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Authentication and account access

Customer sign-in on the web is supported through Firebase-backed authentication, including email and password sign-in and supported federated sign-in options such as Google. Password reset requests and account security events may trigger service communications.

How information is shared

WDF may share information with service providers, support tools, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, and business partners that help operate the customer experience. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or to investigate misuse of the service.

Retention and security

We retain customer and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations. WDF uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect customer data, but no system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account information by contacting support, use password reset to recover access, and request help with account questions through the contact methods below. Some records may be retained when required for order history, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.
