Getting started
Complete onboarding with accurate information.
WDF may require identity, business, eligibility, driving, insurance, background, or safety verification where appropriate and lawful.

Keep provider and payout details current
Use accurate identity, contact, business, tax, and payout information. Payout eligibility may depend on completed onboarding, verification, satisfactory work, and resolution of disputes or reversals.
Independent provider status
Independent providers operate their own business and are responsible for required licenses, insurance, equipment, expenses, and taxes unless a separate written agreement or applicable law states otherwise.
Service standards
Accept work you can complete safely and professionally.
Follow the order instructions and applicable care standards, protect customer property and information, and keep every status update accurate.

Order custody and communication
Promptly report loss, damage, delays, accidents, or safety concerns. Customer information may be used only to fulfill and support the assigned order.
Cancellations and service problems
Once work is accepted, cancellations should be rare and communicated immediately. Cooperate with reasonable investigations of customer claims, payment disputes, safety events, and suspected fraud.
Earnings and payouts
Understand the offer before accepting it.
Compensation, platform fees, adjustments, reserves, and payout timing are displayed or communicated through WDFPro or applicable program materials.

Payout eligibility
Eligibility may depend on completed verification, satisfactory completion of accepted work, accurate payout information, and resolution of disputes, reversals, or required reserves.
Taxes and business expenses
Independent providers are responsible for their own tax obligations and the costs of operating their business unless applicable law or a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Platform access
Safety, honesty, and reliable service protect access.
Materially false information, unsafe conduct, fraud, misuse of customer information, or repeated service failures may lead to restricted access or account termination under the applicable terms.

If WDF asks for information
Respond through an authorized WDF channel and provide complete, accurate documentation. Never send passwords, one-time verification codes, or full payment-card details to support.
The authoritative provider documents
The WDFPro sections of the Terms and Privacy Policy are the source of truth for provider obligations and information practices.
